DevOps Manager

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Manager to join our team and lead our DevOps function. In this role, you will ensure the smooth and efficient integration of development, testing, and deployment processes across all our platforms.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the DevOps team to support the development, deployment, and operation of cloud infrastructure and services.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline and automate software delivery processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, Information Security, operations) to integrate DevOps processes across the organization.
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability through effective monitoring, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery plans.
• Oversee configuration management, infrastructure automation, and version control systems.
• Implement security best practices to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and systems, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the DevOps team, enabling their growth and development.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Extensive experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab.
• Experience with version control through the use of tools such as git.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
• Knowledge of scripting and programming languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong background in system administration and networking.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Zabbix, Grafana) and log management.
