OASI Foundation is seeking a passionate, visionary, and experienced Therapy Services Manager to lead and shape our Therapy and Rehabilitation Services. This is a pivotal leadership role combining strategic oversight, operational excellence, and continued clinical engagement. You will serve as the professional anchor of our therapeutic services whilst ensuring all interventions are person-centred, evidence-based, and aligned with our mission and values. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Operational Leadership

• Lead and develop high-quality, sustainable Therapy and Rehabilitation Services.

• Oversee service planning, resource management, and policy development in collaboration with the Chief Executive.

• Represent OASI externally when required and drive continuous improvement.

Therapeutic & Clinical Excellence

• Oversee and manage the therapy process that takes place within the organization.

• Suggest, plan and implement therapy initiatives to improve services. 

Leadership & Team Development

• Mentor and support therapeutic staff, fostering a collaborative and accountable team culture.

• Lead meetings and oversee induction and ongoing staff development.

Governance & Accountability

• Ensure compliance with OASI Policies, SCSA Guidelines, and the Code of Ethics.

• Monitor reporting and quality assurance systems.

• Address feedback, complaints, and incidents, acting as escalation lead when required.

 

Role Requirements

• A recognized qualification in a Social Science

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in care professional services.

• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.

• Strong clinical competence and ability to oversee therapeutic interventions.

• Experience in governance, quality assurance, and service development.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Commitment to person-centered, ethical, and evidence-based practice.

• Fluency in both Maltese and English (written and spoken).
