• The selected candidate shall be taking part in a 24/7 on call service.

• Provide hands-on guidance to staff members

• Guiding staff members in assisting clients in activities of daily living, such as bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility

• Facilitate recreational and therapeutic activities tailored to individual needs

• Monitor and document clients’ health, behaviour, and emotional well-being

• Collaborate with families/ guardians , care workers, and other professionals

• Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all clients

• Respond to emergencies and adhere to safeguarding service users and staff members while keeping in mind the Organizations aim and values.
