Welder

We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team as a Welder. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and components, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and procedures.
- Set up and operate welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding machines.
- Perform welding tasks on various materials, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
- Inspect completed welds for quality and compliance with specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any welding-related issues that may arise during production.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a welding program or apprenticeship is preferred.
- Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Proficient in various welding techniques and equipment.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and practices related to welding.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
