Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Track Loader Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of heavy machinery on various job sites.

- Operate track loaders safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and minor repairs on equipment.
- Load, transport, and unload materials as required for construction projects.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to ensure project timelines are met.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment usage.

- Proven experience operating track loaders or similar heavy machinery.
- Valid certification or licence for operating heavy equipment.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
