We are looking for a dedicated Service Response Technician to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support, contributing to the overall efficiency of the operations.
Respond promptly to service requests and troubleshoot technical issues for clients;
Conduct on-site repairs and maintenance of equipment, ensuring minimal downtime;
Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex problems and escalate issues as necessary;
Maintain accurate records of service activities and client interactions in the system;
Provide training and guidance to clients on the proper use of equipment and software.
Requirements
Valid driving licence. Maltese or EU will be given preference;
Comfortable to handle payments;
Clean police conduct;
Excellent command of spoken and written English;
Ability to work on an on-call schedule;
Candidates must be located in Malta with eligibility to work.
Education and Experience
Minimum 3 years experience in ELV
Experience in using a computer including sending email and using Office.
