Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in working with wood, tools, and construction materials to create, repair, and install wooden structures and fixtures according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join wood, plywood, and other materials.

Construct, install, and repair structures such as doors, windows, furniture, cabinets, and frameworks.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.

Operate woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools safely and efficiently.

Inspect and assess the quality of woodwork and materials used.

Work in collaboration with other team members and contractors to meet project deadlines.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in carpentry or a related field.

Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machines.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in carpentry is a plus.
