🚜 We’re Hiring: Skid Loader (Gaffa) Operator 🚜

Join our team and operate a skid loader to move, lift, and load materials safely and efficiently on construction sites and plant areas! 💪

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Operate skid loader (Gaffa) to move gravel, sand, debris & construction equipment

✅ Perform site preparation: levelling, grading & compacting surfaces

✅ Inspect machinery daily for defects, damage, or maintenance needs ⚙️

✅ Maintain cleanliness and proper care of the skid loader

✅ Follow all safety regulations and protocols 🦺

✅ Assist team members with site clean up and material handling

✅ Report incidents or operational problems to the supervisor 📋

Qualifications:

✔️ Experience operating skid loaders (Gaffa)

✔️ Valid heavy equipment operator license/certification

✔️ Strong understanding of workplace safety

✔️ Physical stamina & ability to work in all weather conditions 🌦️

✔️ Fluent in English 🗣️
