Shop Attendant

We are looking for a customer service-oriented individual to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all customers, helping them with their inquiries and ensuring that the shop is kept clean and orderly.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to handle multiple tasks at once. They should also be able to handle cash and credit card transactions and be knowledgeable about the products being sold in the shop.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Assist customers with purchases and answer any questions they may have
• Ensure the shop is kept clean and organized
• Maintain stock levels and replenish shelves as necessary
• Process cash and credit card transactions
• Handle returns and exchanges
• Assist with other tasks as needed

Qualifications:
• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the products being sold in the shop
• Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Punctuality and reliability
