This is a full-time, on-site role for a Volvo Penta Mechanic located in Marsa, Malta. Yachthub Group is looking for a skilled mechanic responsible for maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repairs on Volvo Penta engines and related equipment. Daily tasks include troubleshooting engine issues, performing heavy equipment maintenance, and ensuring all services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Role, Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repairs on Volvo Penta engines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot engine and equipment issues efficiently.
• Conduct heavy equipment maintenance.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
• Hold technical certifications or relevant training in marine mechanics (preferred).
• Previous maritime industry experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Volvo Penta engines is highly desirable.
