Pool Technician

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Pool Technician to join our team. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing swimming pools and their equipment. You must have a strong understanding of pool systems and be able to troubleshoot and solve any issues that may arise. This is a physically demanding job that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on swimming pools, including cleaning, backwashing, and chemical balancing
- Inspect and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with pool systems, including leaks and malfunctions
- Keep accurate records of pool maintenance and repairs
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on pool maintenance and address any concerns
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper handling of chemicals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with pool openings and closings as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in pool technology

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Pool Technician or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of pool systems and equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and proper handling of chemicals
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
