Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Pile Rig Operator to join our dynamic team, where you will play a crucial role in the execution of various construction projects. Your expertise in operating pile driving equipment will be essential to ensure the successful completion of our projects to the highest standards.

- Operate pile driving rigs and associated equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites.
- Interpret project plans and specifications to determine the appropriate piling methods and equipment required.
- Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate piling operations and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Monitor and record daily operations, including pile installation depths and any issues encountered during the process.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Essential Requirements:

- Proven experience operating pile driving rigs or similar heavy machinery in a construction environment.
- Valid CPCS or NPORS certification for pile driving operations.
- Strong understanding of construction site safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks and work in various weather conditions.
