Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tower crane to lift, move, and position construction materials.

• Carry out daily pre-operation inspections and report any faults or maintenance issues.

• Work closely with site supervisors, slingers, and signallers to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations.

• Follow all company policies, site procedures, and health and safety regulations.

• Maintain constant awareness and operate the crane safely at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' proven experience as a Tower Crane Operator.

• Good knowledge of safe lifting operations and load handling.

• Strong understanding of construction site health and safety procedures.

• Ability to speak and understand English to communicate effectively on site.

• Ability to work well as part of a team.

• Reliable, responsible, and committed to safe working practices.
