Paint technicians and motor vehicle finishers

We are looking for skilled Vehicle Paint Technicians and Motor Vehicle Finishers to join our team. As a Paint Technician and Motor Vehicle Finisher, you will be responsible for preparing and painting vehicles to meet customer specifications and quality standards. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a strong understanding of automotive painting techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Apply paint using various techniques such as spraying, brushing, and rolling
- Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish on all painted surfaces
- Perform quality checks to ensure paint job meets customer specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment when working with paints and chemicals
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a paint technician or motor vehicle finisher
- Strong knowledge of automotive painting techniques and materials
- Ability to mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to use protective equipment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies in the industry.
