Arkadia Marketing Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Technician to join their team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Skilled in maintenance work including basic electrical installations
- Knowledge of plumbing
- Knowledge of carpentry
- Knowledge of plastering
- Knowledge of painting
- Knowledge of Tiling
- General maintenance on general room fixtures, bathrooms, doors, apertures and furniture.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work independently
- To exercise initiative in order to ensure that the premises are kept safe and well maintained to the highest standards.
- The maintenance person will be expected to work on a shift basis.
- Applicable trade qualifications or proven experience
- Pleasant personality
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous work experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
