Maintenance Person

We are currently looking to recruit a diligent and reliable full-time Maintenance Person.

The successful candidate will form part of our property management division based at our head office and will be responsible for maintenance requests as identified by the company.

Duties:

• Painting;

• Light installations;

• General repairs;

• Gardening, clearing and cleaning;

• Preventative maintenance;

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Have proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role;

• Good communication skills in English and Maltese;

• Be of a flexible and adaptable nature;

• Well-organized and apt in problem-solving;

• Attention to detail;

• In possession of a valid driving license.
