Job Description

Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician with experience in water systems and electrical work? We’re looking for a reliable, experienced Handyman to join our team and help maintain our facilities to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs and maintenance on facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues, including lighting, wiring, and basic circuit problems.

• Manage and repair plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, and minor installation projects.

• Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and ensure safe and functional facilities.

• Assist with other general maintenance tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a maintenance or handyman role, with a strong emphasis on electrical and water/plumbing systems.

• Technical knowledge of building maintenance, plumbing, and electrical systems.

• Ability to work independently and solve problems on the go.

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality repair and maintenance work.

• Certifications in plumbing, electrical, or related fields are a plus.
