About the Role
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Aircraft Painting Team. Whether you are an experienced spray painter or someone looking to start a career in aircraft refinishing, we offer comprehensive training and development to help you become a fully qualified Aircraft Spray Painter.
Working as part of a professional aviation maintenance environment, you will be involved in the preparation, painting, finishing and inspection of aircraft components and structures to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare aircraft surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking and carrying out minor cosmetic repairs.
• Mix, prepare and apply primers, coatings and finishing materials in accordance with approved procedures.
• Apply paint finishes to aircraft components and structures to the required quality standards.
• Inspect prepared and painted surfaces to ensure compliance with company, customer and regulatory requirements.
• Operate and maintain painting and preparation equipment safely and effectively.
• Complete job cards, work records and quality documentation accurately.
• Handle paints, solvents and other materials in accordance with health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Work closely with supervisors, inspectors and other production personnel to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Participate in training programmes and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Knowledge of health and safety procedures within an industrial environment.
