Maintenance Coordinator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.

• Check electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and other equipment / machinery to ensure their functionality

• Plan, organize and oversee all repairs and installation activities that are taking place.

• Monitor equipment and supply inventory and place orders when necessary.

• Manage relationships with contractors and other service providers.

• Identify potential issues within the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to prevent equipment breakdowns.

Skills and Qualifications Required

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position.

• Holding an electrical license

• Experience working with electrical, plumbing systems and HVAC systems

• Strong leadership skills.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

• Problem solving abilities.

• Eye for detail.

• Computer skills.

• Ability to multitask.

• Ability to follow health and safety regulations.
