Lift Installer & Lift Installer Assistant

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Lift Installer and Lift Installer Assistant to join our team. As a Lift Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of lifts and elevators in commercial and residential buildings. You will also be responsible for training and supervising the Lift Installer Assistant. Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair various types of lifts and elevators in commercial and residential buildings
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to determine lift installation procedures
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed during installation and maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during installation or maintenance
• Train and supervise the Lift Installer Assistant in all aspects of lift installation and maintenance
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on installation or maintenance progress
• Maintain accurate records of all installations and maintenance work
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in lift technology

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in lift installation and maintenance for lift installer
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to lift installation and maintenance
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and materials
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different job sites as needed
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
