Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled General Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, welding, and general repairs. The ideal candidate will be able to troubleshoot issues, perform routine maintenance, and ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
2. Conduct welding tasks, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding.
3. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems.
4. Perform general maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, and other repairs.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
6. Collaborate with other teams to identify and address maintenance needs.
7. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in general maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and welding.
2. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Excellent communication and record-keeping skills.
5. Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., electrical, plumbing, welding).
