Construction Telehandler Driver
We are looking for a skilled Construction Telehandler Driver to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient movement of materials on-site, contributing to the overall success of our construction projects.
- Operate telehandlers to transport materials and equipment safely across the construction site.
- Load and unload materials from delivery vehicles and storage areas.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while operating machinery.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of the telehandler to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with site managers and other team members to coordinate logistics and workflows.
- Maintain accurate records of materials handled and report any issues to the site supervisor.
- Valid telehandler operator's licence and relevant certifications.
- Proven experience in operating telehandlers within a construction environment.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to construction machinery.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varying hours and adapt to changing site conditions.
