Facilities Specialist

Our client who specialises in the FMCG industry is looking for a Facilities Specialist. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

• Conduct regular inspections of retail stores to identify maintenance issues and ensure that facilities are in optimal condition.
• Handling fault reports and requests and organizing maintenance depending on level of urgency
• Managing cleaning and safety services
• Verifying the quality of the interventions and services carried out
• Processes and writing reports
• Assist in developing and managing the facilities budget for retail locations
• Managing relationships with vendors and contractors, including janitorial services, maintenance contractors, and security providers

• Knowledge of Italian language would be considered an asset
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Capable of working on own initiative and in a team environment
• In possession of a valid car driving license

• Degree in technical-management or engineering would be considered an asset
