Our client who specialises in the FMCG industry is looking for a Facilities Specialist. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
Conduct regular inspections of retail stores to identify maintenance issues and ensure that facilities are in optimal condition.
Handling fault reports and requests and organizing maintenance depending on level of urgency
Managing cleaning and safety services
Verifying the quality of the interventions and services carried out
Processes and writing reports
Assist in developing and managing the facilities budget for retail locations
Managing relationships with vendors and contractors, including janitorial services, maintenance contractors, and security providers
Skill-sets and Requirements
Knowledge of Italian language would be considered an asset
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Capable of working on own initiative and in a team environment
In possession of a valid car driving license
Education & Experience
Degree in technical-management or engineering would be considered an asset
