Electrical and Plumbing Supervisor

RM Developers Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Electrical and Plumbing Supervisor to join their team on a full-time basis.

Only Candidates residing in Malta with a valid working permit will be considered.

Job Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Electrical and Plumbing Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both electrical and plumbing systems, as well as previous supervisory experience. As the Electrical and Plumbing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all electrical and plumbing projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of electricians and plumbers, providing guidance and support as needed
• Plan and schedule electrical and plumbing projects, ensuring deadlines are met
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Review and approve project proposals, estimates, and budgets
• Order materials and equipment needed for projects
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during projects
• Maintain accurate records of project progress and expenses
• Collaborate with other departments and contractors to coordinate projects and ensure smooth operations
• Train and mentor junior electricians and plumbers.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional technical training in electrical and plumbing systems
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical and plumbing work, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing codes and regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Physically fit and able to work in various environments and conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
