Construction Welder

We are looking for a skilled Construction Welder to join our dynamic team, contributing to a variety of projects that shape our infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and quality.

- Interpret and understand blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding processes.
- Perform welding tasks using various techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding, to fabricate and repair metal structures.
- Ensure all welds meet industry standards and project specifications, conducting quality checks as necessary.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project timelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all health and safety regulations and protocols.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior welders and apprentices as required.

- Proven experience as a welder in a construction environment, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Valid welding certifications and qualifications, demonstrating proficiency in various welding techniques.
- Strong understanding of safety practices and regulations in the construction industry.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Physical stamina and strength, with the ability to work in various weather conditions and perform manual tasks.
