Construction SIte Supervisor
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our projects and ensure they are completed to the highest standards. You will play a crucial role in managing site operations, ensuring safety compliance, and leading a team of skilled workers.
- Supervise daily site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and manage construction activities, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety regulations.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports and incident logs.
- Provide leadership and support to site personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project demands.
