Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team at the Batching Plant. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of our facility and the production of high-quality materials.

- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Operate and maintain batching plant machinery and tools.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Support the mixing and batching of concrete and other materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

- Previous experience in a construction or batching plant environment is preferred.
- Ability to operate machinery and tools safely and effectively.
- Strong understanding of health and safety practices.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as required.
