Aluminum Install and Fabrication Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Aluminum Install and Fabrication Foreman to lead a team in the fabrication and installation of aluminum products, including profiles, roofing systems, doors, and windows. Our client is a leading company known for high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction in every project.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aluminum fabrication and installation, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage teams while ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team in the fabrication and installation of aluminum products, ensuring work is completed on time and within specifications.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide the team and ensure accuracy in project execution.
• Oversee the cutting, shaping, and assembly of aluminum materials, ensuring quality craftsmanship.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other trades to align with project goals.
• Maintain and inspect tools and equipment, ensuring safety and proper operation.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and provide training to less-experienced team members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Foreman in aluminum fabrication and installation.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum fabrication techniques, tools, and installation processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail, leadership, and communication skills.
• Must reside in Malta.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or formal training in aluminum fabrication or a related field.
• Experience with roofing systems and other metalwork, such as steel and stainless steel.
