CNC Operator
Your Role With Us
We are seeking a detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machinery (beam or plate processing), ensuring the production of high-quality steel components with precision and efficiency. Your contribution is vital in maintaining our standards for speed, accuracy, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines for beam, plate, or sheet metal processing
- Interpret technical drawings and work orders to execute accurate programs
- Monitor production runs and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet dimensional tolerances
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines
- Record production data and report any machine faults or discrepancies
- Collaborate with engineers and supervisors for continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2–3 years’ experience operating CNC machinery in a steel fabrication environment is considered an asset
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of machine programming (advantageous)
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Able to work independently and within a team
