We are seeking to recruit a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and manage our cleaning operations. This is a pivotal role that ensures our facilities meet the highest hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- To supervise and lead the cleaning team to ensure cleaning schedules are followed and completed effectively.
- To implement and monitor cleaning and sanitation procedures, ensuring compliance with HACCP and GMP standards.
- To train, guide, and motivate staff to maintain excellence in cleaning practices and personal hygiene.
- To organise cleaning operations to align with production schedules without disruption.
- To conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- To manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory effectively.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English.
- Proven experience in a supervisory cleaning role, preferably in the food manufacturing or processing industry.
- Strong understanding of cleaning and sanitation procedures in food production environments.
- Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Good organisational and time-management abilities.
- High standards of personal hygiene and professionalism.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
