Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking to recruit a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and manage our cleaning operations. This is a pivotal role that ensures our facilities meet the highest hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• To supervise and lead the cleaning team to ensure cleaning schedules are followed and completed effectively.
• To implement and monitor cleaning and sanitation procedures, ensuring compliance with HACCP and GMP standards.
• To train, guide, and motivate staff to maintain excellence in cleaning practices and personal hygiene.
• To organise cleaning operations to align with production schedules without disruption.
• To conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• To manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory effectively.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English.
• Proven experience in a supervisory cleaning role, preferably in the food manufacturing or processing industry.
• Strong understanding of cleaning and sanitation procedures in food production environments.
• Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Good organisational and time-management abilities.
• High standards of personal hygiene and professionalism.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
