Network and Security Engineer

Our client is seeking a Network and Security Engineer to design, maintain, and secure network systems, ensuring protection from cyber threats.

Your responsibilities:

• Design, manage, and maintain network equipment like switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Monitor and optimize network performance.
• Deploy and manage security tools like firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration tests.

• Train employees on security best practices.
• Select and manage third-party vendors for network and security.
• Keep detailed records of network configurations, security policies, and incidents.

• At least 2 years of experience in network engineering and security.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with firewall management, intrusion detection/prevention, and VPN technologies.
• Proficiency in network and security monitoring tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
