Information Security Administrator

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join their team as an Information Security Administrator. In this role, you will provide crucial support in overseeing and managing the organization's Global Security program. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide essential administrative assistance to the ISO team by managing daily tasks, such as scheduling meetings, overseeing calendars, and handling correspondence.
• Develop and maintain organized documentation, reports, and presentations pertinent to information security initiatives.
• Implement and sustain information security policies and procedures.
• Effectively communicate security policies to pertinent stakeholders, ensuring understanding and adherence.
• Assist the ISO team in actively monitoring and ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
• Contribute to the preparation and coordination of audits and assessments.
• Actively contribute to the design and execution of security awareness programs for employees.
• Oversee relationships with third-party vendors, evaluating their security practices.
• Assist in assessing security controls to ensure vendors comply with the company's security requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and vulnerability assessments.

• Attain a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles.
• Have at least 2-3 years of practical experience, working in Information Security (ISMS).
• Knowledge of ISMS guidelines and principles.
• Understanding of ISO 27001 Principles and their implementation in different departments.
