Head of IT

Our client, operating in the Gaming industry, is looking for a Head of IT to join their team: 

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee and manage the performance of Platform IT, Service Delivery, NOC, Corporate IT, and Cyber Security teams.
• Foster an innovative and collaborative work environment, encouraging professional growth.
• Define clear objectives for each team, aligning them with business goals.
• Develop, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable IT platforms.
• Drive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines, balancing on-premises and cloud technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive platform improvements and innovation.
• Oversee IT service delivery to ensure high availability and performance.
• Manage NOC operations, proactively addressing system alerts and incidents.
• Refine service delivery processes to enhance user experience.
• Ensure the effective management of corporate IT infrastructure to support business operations.
• Lead procurement and deployment of IT resources, ensuring optimal use of hardware and software.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy to protect company assets.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security policies.
• Conduct security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
• Align IT strategies with the organization's objectives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends for business impact and growth opportunities.
• Manage the IT budget, optimizing resource allocation and technology investments.
• Communicate IT strategies, updates, and challenges to executive leadership and stakeholders.
