Senior Technical Consultant

A well-known group of companies is on the lookout for a Senior Technical Consultant to join their growing team.

Your main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for system enhancements whilst working closely with the stakeholders to implement new developments and features.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Conduct system testing and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that the developed solutions meet business needs.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing systems and applications.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions as needed.
• Managing and overseeing IT-related contract, including service level agreements (SLAs).
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and systems analysis.

• At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably local experience.
• Strong understanding of Business analysis methodologies and processes.
• Experience with stakeholder management.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communication technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
