Junior Consultant

Our client, a local IT services company offering software solutions is looking to employ a Junior Consultant in Malta. You will play a crucial role in assisting senior consultants in interacting with clients, assisting in problem-solving and implementation of IT solutions. Duties and responsibilities include:

● Communicate with clients to understand business needs, challenges and goals as well as establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients through regular communication

● Analyse clients' current systems, processes, and technology infrastructure whilst identifying areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimized solutions

● Work in collaboration with senior consultants and team members to solve IT problems. You will also troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to clients

● Stay update on industry trends and emerging technologies whilst conducting research in the development of innovative solutions

● Assist in IT solution implementation, including software development and system integration.

● Provide training and support to client on new systems and technologies whilst addressing their inquiries in a professional manner.

● Project management duties in terms of assisting in project planning, scheduling and coordination.

• In possession of a bachelor’s degree in the IT, Business or other relevant fields
