Business Systems Analyst

Our client in the manufacturing sector is opening an exciting Business Systems Analyst opportunity for the candidate to lead projects, engage with process owners, and drive the company's technological transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project implementations.
• Engage with business process owners and perform thorough analysis.
•  Identify gaps in current processes and suggest improvements.
• Provide training and support for business systems.
• Develop and maintain a strong grasp of business processes for efficiency.
• Analyze, document, and test new developments and process flows.
• Act as the main contact between users and vendors or developers.
• Perform audits on software quality and security.
• Assist in supporting the IT strategy to meet the company's goals and vision.

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of process mapping requirements and techniques.
• Technical knowledge of project management and IT business solutions.
• Understanding of business intelligence, database, and report-building technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Eager to learn new technologies, work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively in a team.
• Experience with CRM/ERP/BI platforms, MS Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
• Excellent communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
