Job vacancy: Telesales Executive

We are currently hiring Telesales Executive. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible to:
Promote and Sell DHL products and services to customers, and achieve business targets, growth, and KPIs as assigned.
Manage a portfolio of current and potential customers via voice or video calls, and other electronic means, and build a business relationship to provide a high-quality service.
Assisting customers with their daily requests and queries.
Develop a regular call cycle in accordance with the DHL Global Sales processes.
Promote and assist customers to use DHL online tools.
Applicants should fulfill the following criteria:
Good command of spoken and written English.
Ordinary Level Certification or higher educational qualifications.
Well-organized with good analytical skills.
Proficient PC skills, including MS applications.
Able to work in a dynamic environment.
Customer-centric and result oriented.
Previous sales experience will be considered an asset.
