We are currently hiring Telesales Executive. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible to:

• Promote and Sell DHL products and services to customers, and achieve business targets, growth, and KPIs as assigned.
• Manage a portfolio of current and potential customers via voice or video calls, and other electronic means, and build a business relationship to provide a high-quality service.
• Assisting customers with their daily requests and queries.  
• Develop a regular call cycle in accordance with the DHL Global Sales processes.
• Promote and assist customers to use DHL online tools.

Applicants should fulfill the following criteria:

• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Ordinary Level Certification or higher educational qualifications.
• Well-organized with good analytical skills.
• Proficient PC skills, including MS applications.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment.
• Customer-centric and result oriented.
• Previous sales experience will be considered an asset.
