We are currently recruiting a highly motivated and energetic Store Manager for one of our clients, a renowned retail company based in Malta and abroad. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the store and to lead a team of retail associates. If this sounds interesting, we at Ceek would love to hear from you!
What is expected of you?
- Ensure exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and engaging store environment
- Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies and monitoring key performance indicators
- Optimize inventory levels through regular stock checks and collaboration with suppliers
- Implement merchandising strategies to maximize product placement and visual displays
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Monitor and manage store expenses, including payroll, supplies, and maintenance
What are you expected to bring?
- A Degree level of education, preferably in Business Administration
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Results-driven mindset and strong knowledge of retail operations
- Ability to motivate the store associates and develop a high-performing team
