Shop Sales Assistant

Ati Supplies Ltd is a leading business operating in the automotive industry boasting a vast product portfolio of car, truck and industrial parts for the Maltese market. With a legacy spanning 40+ years, ATI Supplies has developed a tight-knit team and we’re looking for a new member to join us!

As a Shop Sales Assistant, you will be:  

• Greeting clients and providing excellent customer service
• Responding to customer enquiries for parts and supplies, ensuring needs are met
• Issuing quotes, invoices and receipts to customers accordingly
• Handling cash and other forms of payment
• Answering phone calls, emails, and messages
• Monitoring sales channels including Facebook and WhatsApp, answering queries in a timely manner
• Working together with the rest of the team to support customer queries or needs
• Supporting in other functions as may be needed.

To join the team at ATI Supplies, you should:

• Have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience dealing with customers, preferably within the automotive industry
• Speak both Maltese and English fluently
• Be passionate about the automotive industry and have an interest in learning more about this field
• Be willing to receive training and job-specific formation
• Have a positive and proactive attitude
• Smart, diligent and with a passion for sales and customer care
• Ideally, be in possession of a motor vehicle license B.

Candidates must be willing to work Monday – Saturday to manage shop hours.
