Shop Manager

Dan John in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Shop Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Shop Manager.
This individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of retail staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Monitor and analyse sales performance and create strategies to increase revenue
• Ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing at all times
• Develop and implement effective merchandising and promotional strategies
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve company goals
• Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a retail management role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
