The Strand Mini Market in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Shop Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis.

Overview:
A Shop Assistant plays a crucial role in the smooth functioning of retail establishments. They are responsible for assisting customers, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, restocking shelves, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities
Customer Service:

• Greet customers as they enter the store in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Assist customers in finding products, providing information about products, and offering recommendations
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

• Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable at all times
• Monitor and replenish merchandise on shelves and displays
• Ensure products are correctly priced and labeled
• Perform regular stock checks and assist with inventory management.
