Our client is looking to recruit for a Sales Representative to join their growing team. The chosen candidate:

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and other lead generation activities.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Promote and sell the company's products and services while achieving assigned sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms in line with company policies and approval guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with the Purchasing, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring effective resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and provide market intelligence.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the company's CRM or reporting system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates for management.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical business practices.
  • Represent the company professionally at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities as required.

Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build customer relationships.
