Role Overview
This external, field-centric position is designed for an energetic and goal-oriented professional eager to expand our Client’s market footprint. In collaboration with Heroix, the Business is looking for an individual to champion their comprehensive suite of digital, commercial, and packaging print services. The successful candidate will spend their time out in the field, establishing genuine connections with diverse business clients, uncovering untapped revenue streams, and securing new accounts through expert consultation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Conducting regular external visits to prospective and existing accounts to pitch the full scope of the Business's capabilities.
  • Market Expansion: Spotting and exploiting fresh commercial openings across the digital print, commercial print, and packaging sectors.
  • Account Management: Cultivating enduring partnerships with corporate contacts by delivering top-tier customer care and rigorous post-sale follow-up.
  • Sales Administration: Formulating accurate cost estimates, managing order placements, and liaising internally with production departments to satisfy client specifications.
  • Activity Tracking: Keeping precise logs of all client touchpoints, business development efforts, and prospective deal pipelines.
  • Brand Representation: Acting as a polished ambassador for the Business during corporate consultations, face-to-face pitches, and networking functions.
  • Performance Goals: Hitting established revenue milestones to actively fuel the ongoing commercial advancement of the company.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

  • Education: Secondary level of education or equivalent vocational credentials, ideally supplemented by commercial training.
  • Driving License: A valid driving license Category B is required.
  • Experience: Prior background in a B2B sales environment is highly valued, with a distinct advantage given to those possessing a track record within manufacturing, print, or corporate packaging.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required to succeed in this role. The ability to communicate in Maltese would be an asset.
  • Communication Skills: Highly articulate presentation capabilities with the capacity to pitch complex production solutions clearly to corporate decision-makers.
  • Interpersonal Skills: An ability to forge rapport, network confidently, and cultivate trust with individuals from various corporate backgrounds.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in navigating modern sales tracking platforms, managing pipeline software, and quickly grasping technical product specifications.
  • Organisation: Good time management capacity, ensuring a productive field-based calendar is maintained alongside meticulous attention to order accuracy.
  • Self-Motivated: A disciplined, autonomous drive that enables successful independent field operations without requiring constant oversight.
  • Problem-Solving: A consultative mindset focused on understanding client operational hurdles and designing tailored product packages to resolve them.
