ATG Co. Ltd in Malta is currently looking to hire a professional and reliable Sales Representative to join our growing team. The role involves the promotion of a vast range of Medical Equipment and Disposables from renowned manufacturers to healthcare professionals. The Sales Representative will increase product awareness, answer queries, provide advice, and introduce new products.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Learning about, presenting, promoting, and selling the company’s products to new and existing customers, whilst supporting them to obtain maximum benefit from the product;
  • Keeping up to date and receiving the necessary training on the latest medical products and devices so that customer service and satisfaction will be at the top of the agenda;
  • Visiting healthcare professionals regularly and accommodating their schedules in setting appointments;
  • Establishing, developing, and maintaining good customer relations and dealing with inquiries from clients;
  • Forwarding orders through sales time, emails/phone calls, and coordinating sales with the main office and other departments;
  • Maintaining sales records, as well as meeting sales targets according to the set deadlines;
  • Supplying management with feedback on customer needs, new or established products, market conditions, and competitor activities;
  • Traveling for continuous training and education, henceforward keeping up to date with the latest scientific and technological information relevant to products represented;
  • Attending and organizing trade exhibitions and conferences, also abroad as required;
  • Any other duties as may be necessary from time to time.

Experience and Requirements:
  • A sales background is a must, experience in the medical field would be a plus;
  • Be proactive and have strong organizational skills;
  • A flair for sales with good negotiation skills;
  • Target driven;
  • Excellent people skills with a customer-focused mindset;
  • Effective communication skills;
  • Be able to work well under pressure, with a positive, can-do attitude;
  • Hold a valid driving license;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
