Sales / Insurance Assistant

Alan Motors Ltd is a leading company in second-hand vehicle sales, Tied Insurance Intermediaries and Rental Services Operators.

We are seeking to employ an Insurance Sales Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Liaising directly with clients

• Selling insurance products

• Assisting clients with their relevant insurance queries and quotes

• Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner

• Assist with live chats when necessary

• Additional ad hoc admin duties as necessary

• Handling clients with claims

• Assist with day to day Accounting

• Transport Malta

Skill-sets and Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Excellent in written and spoken English and Maltese

• The ability to establish good relationships with all types of clients and intermediaries

• Experience in an insurance setting or a customer care-related discipline would be considered an asset

• Knowledge of the automotive industry

Education and Experience:

• Experience is considered an asset, however, full training will be provided

Remuneration:

• An attractive package will be offered to the right candidate, including commission and yearly wage increments
