Storage Systems Limited in Malta is looking to recruit a Sales Executive (Material Handling) to join their team on a full-time basis.

Storage Systems Limited, a leading provider of storage and material handling solutions both locally and internationally, is seeking to recruit a full-time Field Sales Executive. Storage Systems Limited is part of Debono Group, a long-established multifaceted group of companies whose primary aim is to achieve business growth through innovation. Storage Systems Ltd is the group’s sales and aftersales center for racking, and shelving and the Worlds Number 1 Material Handling equipment provider.
The Position:
The role involves selling Material Handling Solutions (the best in our Industry) and providing excellent levels of customer service to businesses in a wide range of industry sectors. On a day-to-day basis this is what you would be doing:
Nurture relationships with existing customers and understand their future requirements through regular visits and communication
Identify target accounts and develop relationships with new prospect businesses
Carry out detailed site surveys and identify equipment specifications
Create comprehensive proposals and share your findings with customers through meetings and presentations
Manage all aspects of the administration process relating to a truck order
Upsell Maintenance Agreements for their operation
Develop new sales leads
Reach Monthly Targets.
The Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a technical sales role is preferable; or a seasoned proven sales background
A strong commercial, customer-focused and analytical mindset with experience in developing and providing customer solutions
A technically inclined individual, displaying interest in the industry
Professional communication skills, confidence at presenting, good attention to detail
A team player with a positive approach, drive, and ability to work on own initiative
Proven track record in sales with a high closing rate and implementing a sound Field sales strategy to generate more leads and opportunities
Strong negotiation skills and an ability to develop a solid business argument
Impeccable planning and organizational skills
Bilingual in English and Maltese
Target Driven, achieve results, motivated to overachieve and excel
An availability to travel for training purposes as and when required (Subject to current restrictions)
Adhering to and working to Toyota Material Handling industry standards and fitting our corporate culture of professionalism, friendliness, and dedication
PC literate with a good working knowledge of the Microsoft suite
A clean police conduct
Valid driving license.
