Sales Assistant

Job Description
The Warehouse Group in Malta is looking to recruit full-time or part-time Sales Assistants to fill several positions in our stores in Malta.

Job Description:
Complete all activities necessary to ensure efficient store operations, prompt and excellent service to all customers, as well as maximise store sales and provide the best customer service experience.

Main Role Responsibilities:

• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
• Answer potential customer questions.
• Stock, replenish, and clean sales areas.
• Monitor and update display areas.
• Ensure that the shop floor is always clean and tidy and merchandising is up to standards.
• Utilise specialist product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English – any other language is considered as an asset.
• Basic computer and Excel skills.
• Adapt to change and work well under pressure.
• A proactive and positive approach to work.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• A valid work permit.
