In this role of Sales andBrand Manager your main duties will be as per below:-
Establish, maintain, change or fine-tune brand and model sales strategies and plans
Set pricing of products in line with pre-agreed objectives
Embark on initiatives to promote and sell the brand outside the showroom territory by establishing and maintaining B2B relationship
Keep abreast with market on new brands, cars and competitor pricing
Manage adequate stocks levels by maintaining up to date reporting to ensure that orders are placed meet the demand and projected delivery targets
Manage the performance of the team within the area of activity by setting and monitoring KPIs, and addressing training needs
An attractive remuneration package including Basic Salary + Commission
Skill-sets and Requirements
Good Knowledge of the Automotive industry and trends
Able to nurture and develop working relationships
Strong sales flair and able to attract new business
Customer care focused and able to tackle escalated matters
Proficient in IT - excel and data analysis
Education & Experience
Diploma level of education is a must
Native level of Maltese and proficiency in English is needed
