Sales and Administration Clerk

Our client is looking for a Sales and Administration Clerk. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Managing the stock management system and reporting any technical problems as necessary
- Issuing sales invoices
- Keeping stock list records
- Maintaining client database
- Dealing with aftersales enquiries
- Completing all administration work
- Handling client deposits
Working hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm - Saturdays - 9:00am - 12:00pm on roster basis
Requirements- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- High level of ownership, accountability and responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in both English and Maltese
- Previous experience within a similar role will be considered an asset
- Comission structure
