Our client is looking for a Sales and Administration Clerk. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
Managing the stock management system and reporting any technical problems as necessary
Issuing sales invoices
Keeping stock list records
Maintaining client database
Dealing with aftersales enquiries
Completing all administration work
Handling client deposits
Working hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm - Saturdays - 9:00am - 12:00pm on roster basis
Requirements
Ability to deliver excellent customer service
High level of ownership, accountability and responsibility
Excellent communication skills and fluency in both English and Maltese
Education and Experience
Previous experience within a similar role will be considered an asset
