Bureau Vallée Malta is looking for a reliable, organised, and motivated Online Sales Assistant to support our growing online operations.
This is a hands-on, on-site role with structured working hours, ideal for someone who enjoys working in an organised environment and being involved in the day-to-day management of online orders, stock handling, and customer support.
You will play an important role in ensuring our customers receive excellent service and that our online operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and pack customer orders for dispatch
* Process online orders accurately and efficiently
* Manage online stock transfers between systems and store locations
* Create and monitor purchase orders
* Receive, check, and organise incoming stock deliveries
* Maintain accurate stock levels and product organisation
* Assist customers by responding to queries in a professional and timely manner
* Support the smooth daily running of the online order department
Requirements
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
* Basic computer skills and confidence using online systems
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Fluent in spoken and written English
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset, but is not essential
